Families & parents
A household can sit in its own workspace next to a personal one — for example Personal and Household. Spending in that workspace uses the same categories and transaction list. Inviting another login into the workspace is a separate Premium feature.
How it helps
Separate workspaces
Free includes 1 workspace. Basic includes up to 3, such as Personal, Household, or Business. Each workspace has its own accounts and its own net worth forecast. Team seats — another person’s login — are on Premium, up to 5.
Household spending
Record transactions in the household workspace and review spending by category. Categories are on Free. This is one workspace’s ledger, not a shared login.
Net worth forecast
Each workspace has a net worth forecast from the accounts in that workspace. The forecast is on Free and available on demand.
Budgets
Category budgets are on Basic. Recurring bills can be added once an account exists; they are not a separate paid list. The cash-flow forecast that projects income and those bills is on Basic.
