Cash state trust chrome

Decision Hub labels cash as expected, due, or cleared. Cleared is bank-cleared only — expected and due amounts are never treated as spendable cleared cash.

Freshness

• Last refresh shows when each book last updated.
• Stale appears when refresh is older than 48 hours (default).
• Dirty books call out books with reconcile lag or stale sync — without turning Fiscal Flowcast into a sync-ops console.

Live vs demo amounts

Staging and demos may use fixture amounts (REACT_APP_FF_CST_USE_FIXTURES). When fixtures are off, Decision Hub loads live expected / due / cleared from your books (liquid balances + scheduled cash-flow preview). Cleared remains bank-cleared only.
